The Radical Party, as an NGO with general consultative status at the United Nations ECOSOC, sent an oral-statement , with the contribution of the Hon. Ugo Cappellacci – president of the Parliamentary Intergroup of Friendship Italy-Ukraine – who stressed the violation of human rights in Ukraine, especially of children. Mr Cappellacci has already made two humanitarian trips to the Polish-Ukrainian border with the aim of bringing about 200 children from Donbass to Italy.
