During a briefing to the Security Council, the UN Secretary General once again emphasised the need to de-escalate the situation around the endangered Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine: any damage to Zaporizhzhia, or to any other nuclear facility in Ukraine, could result in a far-reaching catastrophe.
