With the adoption of a Resolution, the Parliament stresses the need to consider the possibility of referring the case of Belarus to the International Court of Justice, on the basis of violations of the Chicago Convention, the Montreal Convention and the United Nations Convention against Torture, for the crimes committed on a large scale against Belarusian citizens by the regime of the illegitimate dictator Aliaksandr Lukashenko.
